You need a doula, too. Whether your C-Section is planned or unexpected, I can help you plan for and navigate this major surgery. You have options: Mother Centered Cesarean, Gentle Cesarean, Family Centered Cesarean, Lactation and Postpartum Support, and NICU resources. If you do not need or hope to avoid a c-section, I have a 90% success rate in VBAC and Vaginal Birth--and none of my clients, thus far, have needed an emergency c-section.
